Before you begin, choose how you wish to showcase the item. This can be putting on the item yourself, putting on a hanger, or laying it down on a flat surface.
With the latter two, it is important to show the item from multiple angles, so more than one photo should be taken.
Next, make sure you have the right equipment. If your phone does not have the best camera, it may be better to use the camera of a friend or family member. If you have a computer with a camera, keep in mind the framing of the image, as you do not want too much of your own home showing in the background of the images. You may need to crop the edges of the image to ensure the item you are trying to sell remain the focal point.
